The fully air-conditioned house is very pleasant with its living area on the upper floor to enjoy the view of the Thau lagoon. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances: toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. It opens onto the dining room, which connects to the living room, offering a friendly and spacious area. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and two large sofas. The floor is flooded with light with its large bay windows opening onto two large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture (garden lounge, dining table, plancha grill). It is the ideal place to relax while enjoying the magnificent view of the Thau lagoon and the greenery of Mont-Saint-Clair.
On the ground floor, the bedrooms overlooking the garden are very quiet. You can hear the song of birds or cicadas in the summer. A workspace is set up for telecommuting and it directly opens onto a small shaded terrace.
The house is nestled on Mont-Saint-Clair in a very quiet dead-end street with no through traffic. The parking can easily accommodate two cars and parking is free on the street.
The property is fully fenced.

The access to the house is through a gate. You will find parking spaces in front of the garage and plenty of free options on the street.

A member of the "Charles Osborn" Private Concierge team will welcome you directly at the accommodation and hand over the keys. The concierge service is available throughout your stay and at your disposal if needed.

The Parc des Pierres Blanches is 20 minutes away on foot.

Many shops are accessible within less than 10 minutes by car, including Auchan, other stores, and a pizzeria.
The city center is a 10-minute drive away (including the Halles de Sète and the Sunday flea market).
