Cozy and elegant duplex apartment with terrace in the Kalsa district.

The apartment, located on the fourth floor accessible by stairs of a building behind Piazza Kalsa, opens onto the living area, featuring a living room with sofas, a dining table, a single sofa bed, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen with snack top, oven, kettle, juicer and toaster. From here guests will access the charming terrace with dining area and view of Palermo's rooftops and the sea. The upper floor includes the sleeping area, with a queen-size bed, a closet and an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities including washing machine, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and heating.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic quarters. Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the 'Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets' that will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or a snack, at the Palermo market, dishes must be 'strictly' tasted with just the help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire important buildings, streets and squares.

Palermo's central station is a 13 minutes walk from the accommodation, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport can be reached in 40 minutes drive.

Fabulous

On the edge of the historic district. We walked the entire district. Coffee/pastry just down the block. Several restaurants in the hood - including a hole in the wall fish grill just around the corner. Go up to the more touristy Via Roma/Via Victorrio Emanuele for more dining options. Apartment has a second-floor bedroom with a full bath in addition to the first floor bath and smaller bed area. Apartment would be good for long term stays as it has a living room with several sitting options for reading. Managers were very helpful and communicative. REcommend it without hesitation.
