Contemporary style apartment, located on the 2th floor, with three bedrooms, perfect for those who want to spend a beautiful vacation in Madeira with family or friends. Located in Caniço, in a very quiet area and with a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea and Desertas.
The property offers a large suite, with private bathroom and access to the balcony, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
In open space, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with access to a laundry/dispenser area, a dining area, a complete bathroom and a living room with access to the balcony in common with one of the bedrooms.
The decor is clean and current, offering all the comfort and facilities needed for a pleasant stay.

- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00⏠per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14⏠per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
