New apartment, located on the ground floor of a centenary building consisting of 3 floors, completely renovated in June 2023.

It has an interior area of ​​53 m2, divided into a living room with a full kitchen, a double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom.

It also has a private outdoor patio (about 6 m2), where you can enjoy breakfast and your moments of leisure and leisure.
