The Space:
This contemporary studio is set within a contemporary development and features comfortable furnishings as well as modern appliances. Located on a high floor, there are stunning views out of the full length windows. There's a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart Tv with Catch up Tv Apps. There's a comfortable double bed, made up with crisp hotel linen, and there are also fluffy towels included for your use. The modern bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 30 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or tram ride away. It's just a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute tram ride to MediaCityUK, the UK's leading media and tech hub. Close to the canal, as well as a couple of parks, there are plenty of nearby places to enjoy an evening walk and some fresh air. There is a Tesco and a Co-op supermarket within a 2 minute walk.

Getting Around:
Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 30 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or 15 minute tram journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

There is no parking directly at this property but there are 2 options:
The closest car park is Euro Parks on The Quays, M50 3WL or guests can park in another complex which is 12 - 15 minute walk or a 6 minute drive. The address for this 1 parking space is labelled as W11, Westwood House, 22 Goodiers Drive, M5 3QS. No permit or fob is required for access and can only be used in conjunction with a stay in this apartment.
