As you step into this beautifully designed space, you'll immediately notice the abundance of luxury. The interior is meticulously decorated with high-end furnishings, creating an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication.
The apartment features a dedicated parking spot, making it easy for you to come and go as you please. The living room has a smart TV with access to streaming platforms, perfect for at home entertainment.
The open space living/ kitchen area offers a panoramic view of the mountain and greenery, allowing you to immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature. All around, greenery and kids' playground were designed by Italian landscaping artist Gianfranco Paghera, well known for the design of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern facilities you need to prepare delicious meals such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, full size fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and all the cooking utensils and basics you need to create a great dining experience.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring you will rest and recharge as well as a smart wide screen TV and ambient lights. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, complimentary toiletries, and fresh towels.
The space can host up to 4 adults in its one bedroom and one living room and is perfect for short and long stays as well.
This is an ideal choice for families as the playground offers to the little ones the chance to enjoy exploring the park and engaging in playtime activities.
Great for remote work with high-speed internet. It's perfect for those who need to work from home or attend conferences remotely. You can accomplish your tasks efficiently while enjoying the comforts of a luxurious environment.
We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibit. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
No pets or parties are allowed.
For stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries, will be scheduled and charge to the guest.
If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
If you require an invoice for your stay, please let us know before confirming your booking.

Also, our apartment is a perfect choice if you want to take the Drumul Serpentinelor trail, leading to the iconic "Brasov" illuminated landmark, perched on the Tampa Hills and if you want to take a day trip to Dracula Castle.
