The apartment is located in the Poblenou Quarter right next to Bogatell metro station, the street Pere IV is quiet and safe. There is an area full of restaurants and bars nearby. The nearest beach (Nova Icària) is just about 10 minutes walking.

5 large bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms with custom shower and bathtub, a spacious 6 meter high ceiling living room, an open style kitchen with central island and a dining area next to it with a big table and two benches where you will be able to enjoy your special meals with the whole family.

- 500€ refundable security damage deposit
- Additional: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi from the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests, bigger taxis a bit more and the path would last around 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
To the airport, there is also a bus service, Aerobus, that goes directly to the center of the city, Plaza Cataluña.
