Summary:
This character filled property is ideally located near the centre of Faro, the capital of the Algarve.
Faro has a beautifull historical centre and the beach on Faro Island.
Great for holiday stays in a city location with so many must see destinations and beaches nearby, well worth exploring. The city is also a central hub for all transportation, great for winter stays with all comodoties within walking distance and ran ideal remote, work destination.
The Space:
The apartment is spacious and is tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and vintage furniture.
There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living/dining room and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is a marquise to the front and back of the apartment creating the perfect sunrooms for the winter and large windows that can be opened in the summer and allow for natural light.
Features include wifi, location and all the comodities needed for short stays or longer lets.
Guest Access:
Guests are met on arrival.
A tourist tax is paid on arrival if the payment is not collected by the booking platform.
1.5⏠per person over 13 years old for up to 7 days stay.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located near the Faro football stadium and an easy walk to the centre of Faro.
A supermarket for all your basic needs is just around the corner and Faro is a centre for commerce and local gastronomy. There are plenty of options for trying out the local cuisine and exploring the area or neighbouring city and beach locations, such as Olhão, São Brås de Alportel, Loulé and so forth.
Getting Around:
Walking distance to the supermarket, cafés, restaurants and the city centre.
Ubers and taxis, as well as the local buses are an option for getting around if you don't feel like walking everywhere and longer distances.
A car is recommended if exploring the Algarve and getting around. City tours and excursions are also an option.
Other Things to Note:
Short stays are possible and longer, monthly stays are a possibility over the winter period.
