It also has five communal swimming pools, for adults and children, of little depth, and two private parking spaces in the quiet residential complex in which it is located.
An unbeatable location, just about 100 meters from the beach with easy access, with all the necessary services around, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure points of interest nearby such as Siam Park, Karting, CC Siam Mall and water park, among others. With suitable areas around for cycling. It also has a quick connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island easily.
