Ground Floor
The open plan living area is full of natural light and consists of a large well-equipped modern kitchen / dining room and a spacious lounge, both of which open directly onto the villa’s generous pool terrace through full height sliding glass doors. The lounge area opens onto a comfortable outdoor seating group, whilst the dining area and kitchen opens onto the pool area itself and has stunning sea views.
The modern well-equipped kitchen has a kitchen island, an electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, plus an indoor dining table for six.
The lounge area is tastefully decorated and has two large sofas, armchair and wall mounted TV.
There is also a guest WC on this level.

First Floor
A stylish marble staircase leads up to the first floor where the two bedrooms are located. The master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful circular bed and large circular jacuzzi bath. Full-height glazing and juliette balcony enable maximum enjoyment of the fabulous sea views. This bedroom has an luxurious en-suite bathroom with twin wash hand basins.
The twın bedroom is located at the rear of the property, has a juliette balcony with hillside views and en-suite bathroom.
Second Floor
The top floor is dedicated to the roof terrace. Here guests can enjoy sunbathing on the two sun loungers, drink a sundowner at the small table and chairs for two, or soak in the small jacuzzi pool - all excellent locations to soak up the uninterrupted sea views across Kalkan.

The patio area wraps around the property on three sides, to the front is the villa’s good-sized pool, (8 x 4 metres, depth 1.5 metres), on one side the comfortable seating group is located and on the other there is an alfresco dining area under a shady pergola - ideal fro alfresco dining whilst enjoying the panoramic views. In addition to the al fresco dining area there are four sun loungers, two side tables and two parasola and portable BBQ.
The pool has a seating ledge at one end where jets can be used to provide an invigorating hydro massage, and is entered by means of a step ladder.
