A shared elevator with tag access offers a secure entrance to the property. As you exit the elevator, you are welcomed by a stunning and well-kept garden with indigenous fauna. Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the main living area which features the kitchen, dining and lounge with a gas fireplace. This room is stunning, the large glass doors on either side of this room can be opened to fully enjoy the fresh seaside air. The wrap-around balcony has a swimming pool and luxurious furniture for perfect relaxation.
The Master bedroom is on the other side of the garden. Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors, lie on the bed and watch the sunset over the ocean - it is paradise.
