The Urban Stripes project is a collection of modern apartments close to the Acropolis, housed in an apartment building or a "polykatoikia" as it is commonly known in Greece. They are situated in Koukaki, a mostly residential area that was first developed in the 60s and 70s, now having evolved into Athens most hip location. Urban Stripes brings an air of contemporary, sleek design to the neighborhood, with a strong architectural emphasis on modern minimalism. The entire project is characterized by its signature design, clean lines for a fresh approach, and the use of high-quality materials that carry histories, such as mosaic and marble. All these combine to create a soothing urban environment of discrete luxury with all the necessary amenities for a truly memorable stay in Athens.
Across six floors, the apartments are all spacious and well-distributed. They guarantee autonomy and privacy while they are designed to maximize natural light from the glorious Greek sun in the most clever way.
