The Loft, Urban Stripes Athens
The Loft is the ideal choice for luxurious and modern accommodation near the Acropolis and the Athens city center. Located on the third floor, this apartment has the signature and minimalistic design of the Urban Stripes project. It features an internal, built-in staircase that connects the two areas. The bedroom is located on the upper level and has a queen size bed, while the sizeable living room on the level below has a 43" TV and comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate a third person. In the case of a four-adult occupancy, an extra bed can be provided, whereas if there are two adults and two children, both children can comfortably be accommodated on the sofa bed. It also features a W.C, a fully fitted kitchen and open plan dining area where guests can enjoy our selection of Greek wines.

The Urban Stripes project is a collection of modern apartments close to the Acropolis, housed in an apartment building or a "polykatoikia" as it is commonly known in Greece. They are situated in Koukaki, a mostly residential area that was first developed in the 60s and 70s, now having evolved into Athens most hip location. Urban Stripes brings an air of contemporary, sleek design to the neighborhood, with a strong architectural emphasis on modern minimalism. The entire project is characterized by its signature design, clean lines for a fresh approach, and the use of high-quality materials that carry histories, such as mosaic and marble. All these combine to create a soothing urban environment of discrete luxury with all the necessary amenities for a truly memorable stay in Athens.
Across six floors, the apartments are all spacious and well-distributed.
