Well equipped with the best amenities and very functional, this three-bedroom house is the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends in Saint Barths.
Quiet and peaceful, the luxury villa is located in a green lush environment in the rolling hills of Saint Barths. Close to Anse des Cayes, it opens onto a beautiful view over the sparkling waters framed by palm trees and local shrubs. The open-plan living room is decorated with warm tones of weathered wood on the vaulted ceiling. The living room area is furnished with a sofa and an armchair as well as an HDTV perfect for pleasant movie nights. A large bay window opens onto the terrace which lets the gentle ocean blow in a soothing atmosphere. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped to prepare delicious meals and cocktails to be sipped around the open bar on the terrace, while time seems suspended.
At the front, the terrace offers a covered area with a lovely dining room which can accommodate up to six guests for alfresco dinners, next to the comfortable outdoor sofa covered with nice cushions. A lovely deep blue swimming pool is surrounded by two lounge chairs perfect to enjoy the island sun, read or chat. In a setting of palm trees with chiseled foliage, the place is ideal to enjoy the splendid view over the tropical vegetation and the waters of St. Barth sparkling under the sun.
