The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my stylish, newly renovated terrace property in the heart of Blyth town centre. I hope my property will be the start of an enjoyable stay weather it's for work or pleasure. It has been thoroughly furnished with comfort in mind.
My property sleeps up to 4 people comfortably ( One double bedroom and one large master bedroom with two single beds). It is located less than 1 mile from Blyth town centre and 15 miles from Newcastle City Centre. Both have strong road and bus links from the property.
Ground Floor
Entrance of the property leads to the main living area with comfortable sofa's and a large modern TV. This room leads to the kitchen and breakfast bar area at the rear of the property. There is a small utility area with a washing machine that leads to the main bathroom at the rear of the property.
Outside space
The back yard is accessible from the ground floor. There is a door in the utility area. The bins are located in the backyard.
First Floor
The staircase is accessible from the porch area at just inside the front door. This will lead to a small landing area which gives access to both bedrooms. At the front of the property is a large master bedroom that contains two single beds and has storage space for clothes. The second bedroom contains a double bed.
Parking is On street only but is FREE.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. I won't be around to greet you when you arrive, however my property management company have a 24/7 guest support team on hand to help you if needed. Access to the property is via self check in through the use of a key safe. Information will be sent to you in order to check into the property smoothly closer to your arrival date.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.
The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries.
We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days.
Additional rules
- Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
- Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
- Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down. No noise after 10pm
- Indoor shoes/slippers only please
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the door and windows
- When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 18 degrees
- Please leave shoes at front and/or back door - no shoes on carpets. Thanks
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
