Wonderful villa, recently built in the picturesque and cosy village of Zeanuri. Surrounded by lush greenery, this tranquil corner is an ideal destination for those seeking to disconnect from routine and enjoy the natural beauty and authenticity of the region.
An energy-efficient construction, environmentally friendly, makes this house very comfortable throughout the year. And for the coldest days you can enjoy maximum comfort with its underfloor heating through aerothermal energy.
Located in the heart of the Gorbeia Natural Park, 5 minutes from the "Otzarreta Beech Forest" and the "Uguna Waterfall", both situated in the "Saldropo Wetland". The "Baltzola Caves" are also 10 minutes from the town. A strategic location to visit the Basque Country, it is 30 minutes from Bilbao, 35 minutes from Vitoria-Gasteiz, and 1 hour from Donostia-San Sebastian.

Ground floor: consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a laundry room.
First floor: a clear, multipurpose space, which can be converted into a living area, bedroom, or workspace.

There are several areas that can be used for work: the living room on the ground floor, but also on the first floor a multipurpose space that has a table.
