Bright and spacious apartment located in Paseo de Gracia, on the main city center of Barcelona and near Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas. The apartment has capacity for 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with bathtub and/or shower, a dining and lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee and tea maker and dishwasher. Other services provided are satellite TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, linens and towels. Cot and high chair available upon request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights). Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests, bigger taxis a bit more and the path would last around 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
From the airport, there is also a bus service, Aerobus, that goes directly to the center of the city, Plaza Cataluña.
