Located in a modern building, this 2-bedroom apartment can accommodate 5 people in comfortable interiors. The contemporary kitchenette in the living/dining room is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and induction hob to take on any meal preparation.
The open-plan living area has a table for 4, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the charming sea-view terrace with open-air dining and lounging! The apartment also offers access to a shared garden and a BBQ to round off a pleasant holiday with loved ones.

Portisco also enjoys a strategic location right between the famous Porto Rotondo (with the stunning Spiaggia di Ira) and Porto Cervo, both located 18 minutes drive from here. At Portisco, guests can marvel at the luxurious yachts and its picturesque harbour.
Olbia is half an hourâs drive from here and also has the Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport about a 20-minute drive from this holiday home.
