Casa Silvia lies in the south-west part of the wonderful country-side of Le Marche. This lovely house is situated on the top of the hill, at 300 meters above the sea level and it is encircled by vineyards, olive groves and the most beautiful views of the Sibillini mountains, This property is part of an important family farm where it is possible to taste some “vino cotto” and local olive oil. This beautiful stone building typical of Le Marche itself has been restored to a good standard, maintaining many traditional features and blessed with modern comforts in a thoroughly traditional and antique setting. Outside a beautiful garden with an inviting and panoramic pool with external shower and a big pergola for dining “al fresco”. The ancient medieval village of Falerone with his is Roman theatre only 2 kilometres away and there are several interesting places within 40 Km: (Fermo, Porto San Giorgio, , Civitanova Marche, Torre di Palme, Amandola, Macerata etc).
On request it is possible to have breakfast, dinner, vino cotto and olive oil tasting and buy some honey also produced by the owner. She lives at 50 meters from the house and she is available for any information and the above services. Extra costs are payable at location: Air conditioning 0,25 euro per kwh.
Swimming pool is open from 1st of May till 30 of September.
