Poderino is a charming independent holiday house located in the countryside of Bolgheri, a characteristic village set at the end of a beautiful and famous avenue of centuries-old cypresses.
The structure is in a panoramic position and enjoy a marvellous view over the surrounding countryside and the coastline. The interiors are furnished in the typical Tuscan rustic style and can sleep up to 6 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and some shared areas.
The house also offers a nice private swimming pool and a well maintained garden equipped to dine outsideduring the hottest seasons.
The position of Poderino is perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing stay in the countryside, just as it is perfect for those who love the sea and beaches.

At guests’ disposal in the villa: large, beautiful, fenced garden furnished with garden furniture, private swimming pool (9 x 4,5 m – maximum depth 1,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) and barbecue. Parking within the grounds.

Distances: Bibbona with all kinds of shops 1,5 km, Cecina with excellent restaurants 7 km, the small town of Castagneto Carducci 10 km, Livorno 40 km, Volterra 50 km. The nice sandy beaches of Marina di Bibbona are only 5 km away.
