Welcome to "Da Vitto"! A wonderful 180m2 villa in Grottammare located on the first floor of a refined residential complex. 1.5 km from the sea, supermarket and center of Grottammare. 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for 2 people. 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. Living room with 65-inch SMART TV and veranda. 150 m2 terrace with private hydromassage. 500m2 garden and 50m2 swimming pool shared with the home owners.

The villa located on the first floor of a refined 180m2 residential complex is located in a quiet and residential area just 1 km from the motorway exit and a short distance from the sea. Da Vittorio is the ideal destination for an unforgettable holiday in the picturesque town of Grottammare. With a strategic location, our villa offers easy access to the nearest supermarket (1.5 km), the lively center of Grottammare (1.5 km) and the center of San Benedetto del Tronto (just 5 km).
With a maximum capacity of 7 guests, Da Vitto offers space and comfort for the whole family or a group of friends. The house has 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, a lovely bedroom with a single bed and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people. There are also 2 bathrooms available for added convenience.
The house is on two floors. and has recently been finished with beautiful parquet flooring, which adds a touch of elegance to the interior spaces.
On the first floor, a large living room will welcome you with a 65-inch SMART TV with NETFLIX, where you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs. The kitchen, separated from the living room, is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs and a bathroom with shower. Fans available for other parts of the house will guarantee a fresh and comfortable environment. The living room leads to a beautiful veranda, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a break from the sun. Furthermore, you can take advantage of the hydromassage and the terrace of approximately 150 m2 to admire the surrounding panoramic view.
