I am pleased to offer this spacious two BDR flat situated in great central location minutes from Chancery Lane. The property is set in secure purpose-built development and comprises two good size bedrooms with king and double beds and wardrobes. This home's neutral colour palette inspires a serene sense of calm, designed to complement your exciting stay in London. Bright and airy, this place is perfect for families, friends or those on business trips.
The space
I am pleased to offer this spacious two BDR flat situated in great central location minutes from Chancery Lane.
The lounge is bright and stylish with a comfortable sofa, TV, and Sonos sound system.
Ensuite master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a double bedroom with a separate shower room and toilet. The beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen. In bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
Modern kitchen with a full range of appliances, crockery and utensils. A dining space seating 4 people would be perfect to share your favourite dishes.
Good airflow in summer and it feels nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.
Boasting a great location with easy reach to amenities of Clerkenwell Road and Grays Inn Road.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs ÂŁ30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of ÂŁ30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at ÂŁ30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at ÂŁ50 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty ÂŁ500.
