Villa Chiugi has recently been renovated, and offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious new bathrooms, and air conditioning throughout the house.
It is ideal for visiting Tuscanyâs areas of interest, such as the Val dâOrcia and the Maremma. At the property you can relish natureâs quiet and peacefulness.
Access to the villa is via a 2,5 km stretch of unpaved road: the road is in good condition but is not suitable for sports cars or low riding vehicles.
Villa guests can enjoy the large private garden and private pool with panoramic views (12 x 6 meters; depth: 1,50 meters).
Outside there is also a lovely veranda furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a barbecue.
In the house there is free Wifi internet, air conditioning throughout the villa, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Guided nature tours showcasing the territoryâs secrets can be arranged upon request.
