The main house hosts a living area with a massive vented fireplace, lounge and 10 seater dining room table with radio/DVD player/ipod. The main house also has a smart 60″ TV with full DSTV bouquet and Netflix on tap. The kitchen/scullery has all amenities provided with fridge/freezer, Nespresso maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (in cottage), filtered water, blender, and inverter for lights.
The large main en-suite bedroom comprises a king-size bed, air-con, separate DSTV access, a safe and views of the Overberg mountains. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with shower en-suite and garden access. Bedroom 3 is a chill room and with a sofa that doubles as a discreet pull out double bed. The room has a shower en-suite. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located in the attached cottage, both with queen-size beds and en suite showers.
The cottage comprises a full kitchenette with fridge/freezer, Nespresso maker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It also features a large lounge area with open fireplace and separate garden access, a big screen TV with separate DSTV access, a DVD player, and safe. It has separate gate access to the street. Bedroom 6 is located in a detached cottage and has two single beds, shower-en-suite and an air-con, a small lounge, tea/coffee and a radio/CD player.
The courtyard area features a pool with safety cover as required, a day-bed for chilling, under-cover couches and a 12-seater table for outside entertainment. Guests will find a superb 3-Burner Weber gas Braai and a traditional Weber.
Remote activated beams externally with live connectivity to ADT Security response and four externally facing cameras provide security. The villa has one gated parking spot and 4 off-street external parking spots. Plenty of additional parking is available should it be required – most neighbours use street parking.
