Vår lägenhet är 643 kvadratmeter vänd mot Mexikanska golfen med en king size-säng och en drottning storlek utdragning - passar fyra. Vi har en hisnande utsikt över dagliga solnedgångar från vårt 10: e våningsdäck och en palm omgiven uppvärmd pool bara några meter från Gulf Beach. För din njutning finns det fyra lera tennisbanor, shuffle board och hästskor.
Ta ditt morgonkaffe medan du tittar på solen gå upp och njut av din cocktail på tidig kväll när vår magiska solnedgång inträffar. Det är ett rent paradis.

A long nights travel into day

Upon arrival we had no info on condo & no keys, which was remedied after 1 hour, it was then we found no A/C in room, another hour and we were moved to an adjoining room for two days. A/C was fixed on morning of day 3 and everything was good! The building however is rough around the edges and is showing its age. Needs a serious modernization to lobbies and hall ways. Also pool closes at 7:30 pm ???? But in summation the location is a 10, beach a 10, access to local business (grocery & drugstore) 10, on site facilities 7+

Owner left the wrong key and we couldn't get into the unit on arrival. We arrived very late after a full day of traveling and flight delays and couldn't reach the owner, so we got a motel room for the night. He said I should have contacted his cleaning lady but their were no guarantees i would reach her either at 1 a.m. and we were ready for bed. Condo was well stocked and clean and is in a good location. Condo could use some updating, new furnishings and new decor. TV needs mounted on the wall so you can watch it while in bed. Bedroom area stayed warm even though AC was set on 65, so a box fan would have been great. Pillows were thin and hard as rocks. Furniture on the balcony is old and could stand to be replaced. Owner has not even apologized for the mix up. A simple "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way with me and resulted in a better review for him.

This property did not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the location was perfect. There are so many things to do and wonderful restaurants nearby. We would suggest a larger, perhaps smart/upgraded, television though. Marion, the manager of the property, was amazing!

Great location. you can watch the sunset from the balcony every night. Beach is right there. pool as well. Condo is well stocked for guests. Everything you could need is available

IT'S ALL ABOUT THOSE VIEWS

Property is just as shown in pictures. with all the essentials you'll need for a week. Overall, its a good place to stay for a week, if you are adults only (couples , no children or teenagers), The kitchen cabinets look very new and are well stocked. It could use an upgrade, as the furniture it's beginning to look outdated, so you always have the fear and pray that nothing breaks on you as a renter. I pointed out to Ed that there were a minor cleaning issues and that those should be corrected for future renters. We did not use the microwave because it looked rusted in the inside and had grease marks, it looked dirty, nothing a good cleaning/scrub couldn't fix. Being one of those microwave/convection ovens is not always user friendly for a rental unit, not everyone will know how to use it (and nobody wants to read instructions manual on their vacation) As an owner of a rental property myself, you have to be on top of those minor details, making the property clean and modern goes a long way on your investment return. But the view of the place makes for the minor details!! the balcony breeze is amazing, the sunsets are gorgeous and you could enjoy them from the balcony! the Wi-Fi works fantastic!! I had to work a few hours a day and did it from the balcony without problems. EBT is top notch on their maintenance, building is always clean and well kept. this is my third time staying on EBT, first time at Ed's place. we requested an extra day and apparently it's not that easy and owner prefers weekly rentals only. Will I stay again? Yes!

Gorgeous Ocean View

Highly recommended, very nice oceanfront condo. The view is incredible and the balcony has a relaxing breeze. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and the property were well maintained. Looking forward to a return trip! Thank you for a great experience! :)

Great stay at condo

We had a great stay at the condo. Nice condo, pool and beach. Great view of beach from condo. Only a short walk on sand to water. Short walk to 5 different restaurants.

Wonderful vacation getaway for my husband and me

This place was great! Just as advertised. Scenic balcony view of the gulf. In a nice, secluded location, but within very short drive of many local restaurants. While I brought a lot of items with us just in case, the condo was very well stocked. The condo had toilet paper and paper towels and hand sanitizer for the week. The condo also had plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen, an extra fan, beach chairs and umbrella. The only thing that I brought and needed was my Amazon Fire Stick for Netflix and Amazon Prime. (If you're addicted, bring it with you.) The TV had cable channels and DVD player. My husband and I stayed here from July 4 - 11, in the middle of the increasing COVID-19 infections in Florida. But we found that everyone at the condo respected social distancing, and most everyone wore masks. While some local restaurants were closed, many were still open for take-out and delivery. This was a very nice property and I would love to come back here again.
