The spacious yet private home overlooks the Vermont salt pan – sanctuary for visiting flamingos – with the spectacular Onrus mountains in the backdrop completing the canvas of luxurious peace and relaxation. The home is located a short drive away from local shops and the coastal paths.

The house hosts a double volume living area with a fireplace, lounge and a 6 seater dining room table located close to the large open plan kitchen. The kitchen/scullery has all amenities provided with fridge/freezer, french press and coffee grinder, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The living area exits into a private courtyard area on the one side, and an undercover built-in braai/BBQ area on the lake side, surrounded by a stunning, landscaped garden and terrace. The flow of the house inside and out is ideal for entertainment whilst enjoying magnificent sunsets.
The ground floor en-suite bedroom comprises an over-sized king or two three-quarter beds with access to the garden. The bathroom has a large shower. The first floor offers 3 large en-suite bedrooms. The main en-suite with queen-size bed overlooks the lake and includes a dressing area and private balcony. The bathroom comprises a bath and shower. The 2nd upstairs bedroom features another over-sized king or three-quarter bed combination, and has its own private lounge area and adjoining kitchenette with library. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a small balcony overlooking the salt pan. Both the 2nd and 3rd upstairs bathrooms contain showers. An expansive work-from-home area joins two wings of the house and permits endless day-dreaming while work mingles with nature, avid birdlife and marvellous lake views. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The courtyard features numerous patio chairs and a beautiful mosaic sitting area covered with the lush green of trees for hot summer days, yet much needed protection against seasonal winds.

The villa features a complete alarm system. Ample space is provided for secure parking both in the double garage and in front of it.

Other services include uncapped 50 Mbps fibre internet with wifi signal across the property, Xbox360 and board games for kids, and an automated garden sprinkler system as well as garden services.
