Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, near the magnificent Jardin du Luxembourg and the famous "Le Bon Marché" department store, this 3-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator.
Halfway through the picturesque district of Odéon and Notre-Dame des Champs, discover this luxurious apartement decorated with taste and recently refurbished with modern and fine style, redesigned by an architect. Amazingly quiet, this first choice place has an accomodation capacity of 6 people thanks to its 3 separate bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds) a very rare thing in Paris. That makes it the perfect fit for a family or a chic stay between friends.
At the center of the apartment, a large and bright room is divided between a cosy living and a dining area with integrated kitchen. For the general harmony and comfort of all the guests, the apartment also features a bathroom and a shower room.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.
We offer:
a personal check-in service on arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;
Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.
A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.
Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50⏠extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75âŹ.
