Mal Pas is by far one of the most desirable and unspoilt frontline areas of Mallorca. This property is the last house on the beach road; it offers seclusion, peace and tranquillity. A stoneâs throw from the quaint cove beaches of Playa de San Pere and Playa de San Joan with deep white sand and turquoise water. The views towards the Bay of Pollensa, the Formentor peninsula and to the open sea are spectacular!
This impressive property occupies a unique location and is set within a wonderfully maintained private garden, which offers an abundance of space for large groups with beautiful mature plants, shrubs and pine trees. The garden offers a beautiful outlook and provides plenty of space to maximise outdoor living. Without a doubt, the central feature is the spectacular private swimming pool (11m x 5m) which can be heated upon request at 500⏠extra per week. The swimming pool is surrounded by a stone terrace and a decking area. There is a super selection of terrace areas to dine, relax in the shade and soak up the sun! An outdoor kitchen allows for maximum comfort outside and offers a built in BBQ, an oven, a dishwasher, sink area, fridge and food prep area.
The captivating exterior façade immediately attracts attention to the Villa itself with an interesting balustrade wall design and brown shutters. A shaded covered terrace surrounds the ground floor whilst a similar size terrace surrounds the main level. The interior of the Villa is comfortably distributed over three floors. The wonderfully spacious interior is stylish and is perfectly furnished to compliment the style of the house.
The main level of the property offers a wonderful flow of living space and all of the communal areas are easily accessible and connected. This floor consists of a spacious and extremely well equipped kitchen with all mod cons that you would expect and very well equipped (Dolce Gusto coffee machine available). In addition, there is a main living room plus a den (with smart TV) and a dining room. This floor also hosts a king size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The upper floor hosts the master bedroom (bed size 1.8m) with an ensuite bathroom (with smart TV). In addition there are 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom to share. From the first floor, there is easy access to a large terrace area which offers magnificent sea views!
The lower floor offers a king size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a âpoolâ bathroom with shower facilities which can be accessed from the pool area. A laundry room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. There is also a BAR!
The property is fully air-conditioned throughout.
The peaceful area of Mal Pas is located to the north-east of Alcudia in the North of Mallorca. A short distance from Mal Pas, you will find the area of Bonaire which offers lovely Marina, and a select array of amenities including some restaurants, a small supermarket, souvenir shop and a diving school! The medieval town of AlcĂșdia and the beach resort of Puerto Alcudia can beached within a short drive and offer a wide selection of amenities, activities and of course the sandy beach and stunning sites to visit!
