The house is introduced by a large paved courtyard that surrounds the house and flowerbeds of hedges and pine trees. The garden for exclusive use allows you to park more than one car inside. A lovely veranda is equipped with a sofa, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Outdoor shower.Pets allowed.

Villetta Aloe is located in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, marina of Melendugno, just 400 meters from the beach. The holiday villa is located less than 4 km from the town of San Foca, one of the liveliest marinas in Melendugno which has been awarded several times with the Blue Flag. In the center of San Foca there are all the services and lots of activities, restaurants, bars, street food, market, and much more. There are several beaches equipped to enjoy the sea pampered by all comforts. About 4 kilometers away is Roca Vecchia with the Grotta della Poesia. The center of Lecce is 24 kilometers away.

An internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there is a hallway that divides the 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and another service bathroom (no shower). Air conditioning in the sleeping area, wi-fi, washing machine, mosquito nets. It can accommodate up to 6 people on holiday in Puglia.
The price includes the consumption of water, energy and gas.
