Third floor apartment with lift, within The Eiger Residence adjacent to Wengen railway station. The lounge balcony has the most magnificent views to The Jungfrau & Lauterbrunnen valley! Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area & access to bathroom. Wifi, Smart & Cable TV. The bedroom has 2 single beds & en suite shower. The 2nd balcony overlooks the village, towards Maennlichen. There is a Murphy style pull down King Size bed in the lounge. 4 guests max in the apartment, a baby counts as a guest.

This 3rd floor apartment in The Eiger Residence, a former hotel located approximately 50 metres from railway station is situated in the vehicle free mountain village of Wengen. Steps lead up to the shared building entrance door so mobility is essential. Internal shared elevator gives access to all floors.
This building has both full time residents and holiday apartments so guests must respect and conform with the Swiss norms e.g no noise permitted between 2200hrs and 0700hrs.
The apartment comprises; Central internal hallway which leads separately to the two distinct areas of the apartment, the bedroom with en suite shower room and the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area and bathroom.
There is a balcony for each area.
Wifi is available throughout & Cable TV is in both the lounge and the bedroom.
The bedroom has 2 single beds located side by side & en suite shower with a toilet and wash hand basin, the balcony overlooks the village, towards Maennlichen.
There is a Murphy style pull down king size bed in the lounge that can be used.
The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area has a fabric covered sofa with a changeable throw, leather easy chair, dining table and chairs.
The bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin, bath and overbath shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, plates and cutlery. There is a fridge, dishwasher, electric cooking hob, combination oven/microwave, kettle and Nespresso standard pod coffee machine.
The front facing balcony gives views to the Jungfrau and Silberhorn.
Guest access
There are both lift and stair access leading to the apartment. A ski room is located on the ground floor where all winter equipment must be left in the locker. No ski or snowboarding equipment should be taken to the apartment.
The hallway cupboard houses cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Smoking: Please do not smoke inside or out.
Garbage/Trash: Please ensure ALL trash is removed from the apartment before you leave. PET bottles can be recycled at the Coop, cardboard & glass at the recycling centre adjacent to the railway station. Everything else need to be thrown out using a WHITE & GREEN tax bag, these can be purchased at the Coop, you need to ask for them at the counter. The closest place to leave your trash is right next to the railway bridge, as you are heading downhill past The Coop, it is on the left hand side before you go under bridge. There are 2 large wooden sliding doors and the containers are
