About this space
The perfect home for a large group of people to enjoy the sights of Exeter. Situated in a quiet backstreet only a 5-minute walk away from the High Street, you have access to an array of cafes, eateries, and shops. Visit the stunning cathedral, or enjoy a train journey to the Jurassic Coast to explore the beautiful Devon beaches. With secure parking for 1 vehicle and Exeter Central station a short walk away, this is suitable for travelers who drive or use public transport.
The space

Split over 3 floors and simply decorated with a modern finish, this home will appeal to those who want a comfortable base with all the amenities of a home. The ground floor has a single bedroom, the largest double bedroom, and a shower room. The middle floor has the living space and kitchen. The top floor accommodates the 2 smaller double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, and then there is a further bathroom.
The kitchen is functional and benefits from all the usual appliances, although there is no dishwasher. There are patio doors leading out onto the private garden, providing plenty of light and a view over to the city. In the open-plan lounge, there are comfortable seating options for 4 people with additional chairs available if you are all in the space at the same time.
The bedrooms are minimal in appearance and all have a desk and chair, making them ideal for those who need to work from home. The linen is professionally laundered and supplied for us at each changeover, so you can be sure of a comfortable night's sleep.
Guest access
The home and garden is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else.
Other things to note
We strive to provide as much information as possible to ensure our listing is accurate. Please make sure you read the listing thoroughly before booking. Whilst we are on hand to assist with any issues during your stay, we are unable to make changes to anything within the home to suit individual needs.
Early check-in and late check-out requests. We charge an additional ÂŁ25 for any requests that are granted.
The holiday home is equipped with small hand soaps, a couple of toilet rolls, and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners, and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay. We do not supply additional consumables, this includes toilet rolls.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 48 hours' notice to our cleaners.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a high standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned, with hotel-quality linen. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
You are welcome to use and enjoy the outdoor seating areas. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.
If the management team is called out to resolve an issue where you are at fault, you will incur a ÂŁ50 callout charge, i.e. if you cannot connect to the wifi, but you have unplugged the router. Please be aware we will have to charge ÂŁ25 if you have locked yourself out and we need to attend to help you gain access. There is a ÂŁ100 charge for failure to leave the keys in the key safe on departure. This is because we will have to conduct an emergency lock change for safety reasons.
Additional rules
- Parties are strictly prohibited, this is a quiet residential area, not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorized
- This is a non-smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the home, or in the garden/at the front of the property. If we find evidence of smoking in any of these areas, a ÂŁ50 charge will be applied for the additional cleaning costs.
- We do not allow the use of candles, ethanol burners, or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down, especially after 10 pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply unless there is a designated electric vehicle charging point
Please make sure you;
- lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- leave the outdoor areas clean and tidy. Our cleaners do not have time to clear outdoor areas at each changeover
- turn off the heating when you leave to help us keep the home available to book at a reasonable rate
- report any maintenance issues immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible
- check out on time at 10:00 a.m. Our cleaners have very busy schedules and we will have to charge ÂŁ50 for any late departures to cover their expenses for waiting and missing other jobs
- leave the keys in the key safe, not in the property, so our cleaner can gain access.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
