Villa Scire is a beautiful holiday Villa located in a scenic area near Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily.
The villa composes of two floors, has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with every comfort. It is perfect for a smaller family or two couples. The large windows and the modern style recreate a relaxing and suggestive environment, with the possibility of enjoying the spectacular panoramic views even from the inside of the Villa.
The Villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden of 1000 square meters, which houses a private swimming pool and a patio equipped for relaxing on summer days.
The strategic location of the Villa allows easy access to the coastal area of ââNorthern Sicily, with Castelammare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, the natural reserve of ingaro and the most famous cities of Palermo, Trapani and Agrigento.
At disposal: a swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of the Guests (8 x 4 meters), large whirlpool bath located in the first floor, parking on the property, air conditioning, free Wifi, barbecue, small bedroom with 1 extra single bed ( on request)
Distances: ocean 6 km, Castellammare del Golfo 7 km, restaurants and all kinds of shops 7 km, Erice 36 km, Trapani 40 km, San Vito Lo Capo 40 km, Palermo airport 40 km, Selinunte 65 km, Palermo 65 km.
