Welcome to our lovely apartment located in the best area of Sants! It is a cozy, modern and comfortable apartment, ideal for couples or small families. Designed completely for the confort of our guests. It has AC, TV, washer & dryer, fiber optic Wifi. It is 2 min away from "Plaça de Sants" station and 10 from "Barcelona Sants", 15 minutes to the city center! In an area with lots of good restaurants and shops.
If I am not around to check you in, then my friends at Guestfy will take care, they belong to one of the bests Airbnb management service teams in Barcelona who are Airbnb hosts themselves. The neighbourhoods of Hostafrancs and Sants, which both offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, form the heart of the Sants-MontjuĂŻc district. This district covers the south-western section of Barcelona. The narrow streets at the foot of MontjuĂŻc hill lend Hostafrancs and Sants a homely, village character. But they also have a bustling atmosphere with one of the longest shopping streets in Europe: Carrer de Sants.

The apartment is on the neighbourhood of "Poblenou", between "Marina" station (L1) and "Bogatell" station (L4).
The apartment is very comfortable and decorated with a modern touch.
Located in a quiet area of the city.
It has two bedrooms, both with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with shower.
It has AC in all the rooms of the house, wi-fi, TV and washing machine.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a ⏠5 management fee.
-Please respect the neighbours. No loud noises after 10pm.
-Please note the apartment is located on the third real floor and there's no elevator
-Late check in fee of 30⏠for arrivals after 9 pm.
-You will be required to present your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local policeâs database, we will have to take pictures of ID documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
-It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150âŹ.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around âŹ250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
