Vår lägenhet ligger precis uppför backen i Fraser, bara en kort bilresa till Fraser slang kulle eller skidåkning på Winter Park. Det finns en gratis skidbuss som plockar upp dig precis utanför dörren. Efter en dag med skidåkning, koppla av i det fantastiska klubbhuset med en året runt uppvärmd utomhuspool och bubbelpool, racquetball och viktrum. Ingångsnivån har ett garage och skidskåp, medan huvudnivån har 1 sovrum med 2 våningssängar och ett utställningsdäck, ett badrum och de rymliga mat- och vardagsrummen med helt nya trägolv. Njut av den vackra utsikten över Byers Peak på framsidan. På övervåningen hittar du en master svit med ett uppdaterat badrum och däck och ett loft sovrum med en queen size-säng och ett privat badrum.

Vi ligger strax uppför backen från staden Fraser, en pittoresk stad med gott om shopping, restauranger, vingårdar och en stor slangar för hela familjen. Fraser ligger en kort 10 minuters bilresa till sluttningarna av Winter Park och 5 minuters bilresa till staden, komplett med allt från restauranger, affärer och till och med en biograf och bowlinghall.

Vinter är inte den enda vackra tiden på året här, som somrarna är lika magnifika. Njut av massor av vackra vandringar, en alpinslip, cykling och många festivaler i stadens amfiteater.

Granby och Grand Lake ligger en kort bilresa bort och erbjuder skidåkning, golfbanor och andra sommaraktiviteter. Om du är ute efter en nationell skatt, är Rocky Mountain National Park en timmes bilresa från Fraser och erbjuder några av Colorado's mest natursköna vyer.

Our second time staying here.

This was our forth trip to Fraser and second time renting this condo. The condo is clean, comfortable, well equipped and close to everything. Perfect for our ski trip.

Great 3 bedroom family condo w/ clubhouse

We had a wonderful time. The owner was very responsive and genuinely cared that we enjoy our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, great linens, amenties, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, truly everything you could need and all in good condition. The view is is amazing and the neighborhood was very quiet. We did not use the clubhouse or pool but been in before so you wouldn't be disappointed. So far this is our favorite place to stay in the Fraser/Winter Park area and we will definitely be back.

Great ski place for summer break

Great town home, easy access to Winter Park and Fraser. Complex has good pools and gym, very quiet, plenty of trails and wildlife.

colorado experience

The layout and size was perfect for us (5 visitors). The amenities provided at the clubhouse were great. They provided some good relaxation and activity options after a long day in the mountains. Overall the property met our needs.

Everything We Needed

Plenty of room for us, and we liked that we could keep our adventure motorcycles in the garage. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Easy to communicate with the owner. We would stay there again.

RMNP and a Wedding

This is a beautiful condo. Very quiet, comfortable and convenient. A moderate drive to the west gate of RMNP, but we chose it to attend a wedding with family events in Winter Park and Granby. It more than met the needs for me and my 3 adult children.

Perfect Spot

Had a great stay. This is my second time to Winter Park and I love it here. Amazing scenery and so much to do. The condo was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and just minutes to everything. Also, the garage is a nice bonus. Especially when we woke up to a few inches of fresh snow Sunday.

Great for Eight

The condo space was very functional for our family of eight. and was well equipped for our needs. I appreciated the ease of communication with Julie the condo owner, and the location to all the activities we had planned was great. We had a little trouble opening and shutting the sliding windows and doors. We appreciated so much the opportunity to rent this condo for the week.

Nice space for large family

There was plenty of space for 5 of us to stay. My family had two other condos in the development, but our space was accommodating for gathering at dinners for all of us. We asked for an additional night to stay and Julie was able to make that happen. We felt the pool use was handled well (covid.) Overall, great rental and recommend to others.

Fabulous place!

It was really snowing so we didn't go around town like we would have wanted, but we're cozy staying in! The property is comfortable, well maintained, and close to the clubhouse. We enjoyed our traditional Thanksgiving weekend up here with family, the others renting other condos. We played some competitive Pictionary including the young children and had an absolute blast. We will stay again definitely.

Great mountain getaway!

This was a great place to celebrate our 30th anniversary with our family. We had 3 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and plenty of room. Great views from deck and the kids loved the swimming pool. Condo was clean and the bathrooms had been updated. Would certainly come back to this condo.

Comfortable

Home was in a perfect location away from the city and was comfortable for the 5 of us. Home was very equipped with the things we needed. My only complaint is that we couldn't get the fireplace started and we were looking forward to that.

Really enjoyed our stay. Accommodated our family very well. Was overly impressed.

I was so happy to have chosen my stay here. We had plenty of room for all my family. Kitchen was amazingly equipped with most essentials, would have loved to have a blender. My kids really enjoyed all the board games available in their room. I’m glad there was two balconies, because one was unavailable due to the sliding door being jammed. I was also concerned with one shower tub being backed up. However, I would love to stay here again if I would ever return. It was a spacious living area that allowed us to share meals all together and enjoy each other company by the fireplace.

perfect location

This is our 3rd time staying in a condo at Meadow Ridge. We have stayed here both during the summer and during ski season. You are just down the road from winter park, at a fraction of the cost! The unit itself was nice. It was a bit dated and probably ready for some updates, but it was clean and well maintained. No bad odors and well stocked for everything we needed. Communicating with the owner was easy and entry / exit was hassle free.

Nice getaway

The place is very nice with all the space and the garage. Our kids enjoyed swimming and the open area outside to play. Sitting out on the balcony at night was nice and relaxing.

Overall happy with the Condo.

Pros: Good location. Short walk to Lift bus ride into Winter Park (30 mins) and nice clubhouse w/2 hot big tubs and heated pool. Safeway nearby was huge for us. Fireplace was nice. Bathrooms were recently renovated and nice. Beds were comfortable. We cooked our own meals every night. Ice maker in fridge was great for after ski happy hour! Cons: The kitchen and appliances were dated. Needs some new pans for cooking with. Gas grill outside is tough to cook with...never gets hot enough. Carpet floors needs cleaning. Garage floors needs swept out...super dirty. Not a lot of restaurants nearby in Fraser.
