On the second floor without lift, with external and internal stairs, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Living area equipped with two comfortable sofas, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and microwave. Three double bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and three with a shower. Laundry room with washer dryer.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
