The flat is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of an 1830's Brighton townhouse, it's a bright cheerful apartment that still has plenty of the building's original character.
This quiet Brighton Regency street has hardly any through traffic. There are great bars, restaurants, pubs, boutiques, theatres, galleries, playgrounds and cinemas within a few minutes walk. Plus, the nicest area of the beach is only 200 meters away.
All the most popular Brighton destinations are an easy walk or bike ride away.
When we first took on this place it was a wreck! We've opened out the first floor to make a nice big living / dining / kitchen area, this is also where the sofa bed is. The kitchen has everything you need to make a coffee or cook a three course meal and there's a dishwasher to help you clean up after.
On the second floor there's a small bedroom with a double bed, it's cosy and very private. Next to that is the bathroom; there's a walk in shower and a bathtub (there's a 2nd toilet on the floor below).
Keep going and you step into the 2nd floor sitting room, this is a really nice comfy area to relax in, the Togo sofas are modular and quite light, you can shove them around until your all happy. There's a smart TV so you can hook up to your Netflix account and there's a bluetooth speaker system you can connect to your phone.
From the sitting room there are steps up to the mezzanine where there's a bedroom with a king size bed it's a lovely bright airy space but there are black out blinds so you don't have to wake at dawn.
I have a high chair and a cot stashed away in the attic just ask and I'll dig them out. There are also few books and board games.
If you would like a babysitter my daughter may be able to help out.
