Near Anna's Cozy Home you will find the most important tourist attractions in Austria, the Steiermark area.
You can go skiing at PrÀbichl Hohentauern or Schladming In Winter, you can see the most important events that take place during the Summer at the Redbull Ring, such as Formula 1, MotoGP, DTM, AirPower.
If You Love Rock Music Area 53 crom Leoben is Not far from US.
You can visit the Mautern Zoo, you can visit the nearby lakes and mountains.
It is also worth making a one-day visit to Graz, which is nearby.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a Television and internet access.
There is one Bedroom in this house which contains a King Bed. WE have another Little Bed in the Kitchen that can ne use as Sofa or as a Bed.
There is one Bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in Shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 15.00 PM and check-out is 11AM.
You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
- Smoking is not allowed INSIDE!
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Guests must be quiet between 20:00 and 07:00!
