It is located on the 4th floor without a lift. This delightful 30 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. In the sleeping area, there is a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the north of Portugal by the outlet of the Douro River, it has a unique atmosphere with elegant neighbourhoods and large villas sitting on narrow cobbled streets. This soulful city was classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996.
Porto is just the perfect size to explore by foot. Youâll enjoy wandering down its alleyways full of history and nostalgia. An evening walk along the Douro River, visiting the vibrant Mercado do BolhĂŁo or sampling its renowned Port wine are just some of the many things you can do in this fascinating city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, S. Bento, is just a 5-minute walk.
Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
