Summary:
Villa Dafni is a beautiful 3-bedroom property accommodating 6 guests, with a private swimming pool, perfectly located in the heart of Pernera. With a choice of amazing beaches just a leisurely stroll away, including popular Polyxenia Beach and Pernera Beach, and a selection of fantastic shops, bars, and restaurants, you have everything right on your doorstep. The coastal path nearby takes you to both Ayia Triada and Kapparis in one direction and Protaras in the other offering even more stunning beaches, seafront restaurants and bars to explore.
The Space:
With an open plan design, the living, dining, and kitchen area are spacious and bright. The living area has a huge corner sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching the TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, making the property feel like home. There is a dining table seating 6 guests so home cooked meals can be enjoyed. The ground floor also benefits from a full bathroom with walk-in shower, making this villa an excellent choice for those who require accessibility assistance. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin room, all sharing a family bathroom with shower over bath. The double bedrooms both share access to a private balcony with views to the front of the property, where guests can sit and enjoy their morning coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet of their surroundings.
The outdoor space is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds for soaking up the sun, and a beautiful private swimming pool for a delightfully refreshing dip. Guests can enjoy some al fresco dining under the shade of the umbrella, and make the most of the fantastic gas BBQ, perfect for spending evenings at home underneath the stars.
