Comfortable three-bedroom apartment with panoramic terrace that can accommodate up to 4 adults + 2 children under 14.
Renovated in 2023, the apartment consists of three bedrooms, a double room, a twin room and a room with bunk beds, two modern bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet and a large living room with open-plan kitchen.
The kitchenette is equipped with all you need for your mountain holiday: Dining table, cooking plates, fridge with freezer, oven, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, kitchen utensils and much more.
Wi-fi, bed linen and towels are available for free use.

Adults (from 14 years): 4
The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

The family driven holiday farm Tuene, offers you a unique experience in a sunny and panoramic location in Bulla, fraction of Ortisei Val Gardena.
The house is set at a height of 1.500 m, directly at the feet of the Alpe di Siusi.
The hiking paths in direction of Alpe di Siusi and Passo Pinei run just beside the house. Bulla is also connected very well with Ortisei and Castelrotto through a free public bus service, which leads you to those town centers and their cableways. Bars and restaurants are only few steps away.
The ancient farm dates to the year 1856 and offers a genuine and traditional environment, where you will be able to see and enjoy the daily life of the local farmers, between cute animals and flowery meadows.
Despite the ancient roots of this farmhouse, the holiday farm Tuene comes with two new apartments, with all the needed comforts for a perfect holiday in the Dolomites, like modern kitchenettes, free Wi-Fi, private parking and much more.
You will also love the cozy garden with lays and barbecue facilities, where you will be able to relax and enjoy the sun and the breathtaking views.
For the joy of your children, you will find a cute small cottage with toys and funny slide in the flowery meadows.
The hikers will be glad to know, that once a week, a member of the owner family will personally be guiding you on a mountain tour for free, on request.
A 10% discount at the mountain cottage Tuene on the Alpe di Siusi is also given for guests of the holiday farm.
A common laundry with washing machine and dryer is provided for free use.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.
Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)
Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of ⏠15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500âŹ.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50⏠will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked.
