The MAIN FLOOR welcomes you with a charming living-dining room, equipped with SAT/TDT TV, ceiling fan and access to a terrace that offers stunning sea views. The fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob and dishwasher, has its own exit to another terrace. On this floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a room with a bunk bed for two people. From this room, you access the master bedroom, which has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub and a practical laundry room.
The GROUND FLOOR offers another cozy living room with SAT/DTT TV and ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob and dishwasher, has direct access to the pool. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another with three single beds. A bathroom with shower is included. It is important to note that this plant does not have air conditioning, as it naturally stays cool.
The exterior of the villa is a private paradise, with a large terrace housing a 5x10 meter pool, an outdoor shower and a summer kitchen with a charming built-in barbecue. This space lends itself perfectly to enjoying meals outdoors and relaxing in cozy corners.
