Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom villa nestled in the heart of Damac Hills 2, a prestigious community that blends luxury and tranquillity. This modern retreat is designed to provide a perfect blend of comfort and style, making it an ideal choice for your stay in Dubai. As you step into the villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious and elegantly furnished living room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen offers a sleek design and modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The two bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated, each boasting a plush king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The villa also features a private garden where you can unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Guests can take advantage of the community amenities, including:
1. A swimming pool for adults and kids with a playground - 2 minute walk from the villa.
2. An amazing manmade Beach called Malibu Beach - 2.5 minute drive by car from the villa.
3. A fabulous paddle surfing lagoon close to Damac Sales Centre - 2 minute drive by car from the villa.
4. A Rotana hotel where there will be Spinneys supermarket and other high-end restaurants and cafe shops - 1.5 minute drive by car from the villa.
5. A Large Community Centre with a large Carrefour supermarket, KFC, Starbucks etc. - 2 minute drive by car from the villa.
6. Jogging & cycle track which is connected to the Al Qudra Cycle Track.
7. The Damac Hills 2 is a 15 minute drive from the Al Qudra Camping site, Love Lake site & Expo2020 Camping site etc.
The community is also just a 30 - 40 minute drive away from DXB Airport Terminal via Dubai Al Ain Road Hessa Street route. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our Damac Hills 2 villa provides a luxurious and comfortable retreat for your stay in Dubai.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. No smoking inside the rooms (smoking allowed in the garden, terrace and garage).
2. No BBQ inside the property (this includes garden and terrace/balconies).
3. No wild parties that can damage the property or the garden.
4. The gardener will come on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to clean the garden and water the grass (time can be scheduled as per the guests).
5. Please do not water the indoor plants. The gardener will water them.
6. There is a baby cot in the storeroom.
