The space
The ground floor is open-plan and has a comfortable lounge area for working or watching TV. There is also a dining area which can seat ten people. This leads on to a kitchen which has a five ring induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. At the rear of the property is a small yard.
The first floor has the benefit of an additional front room as well as a bathroom with bath. There are two bedrooms on this floor,
one has a small double bed and the next bedroom has a double bed.
The 2nd floor benefits from three bedrooms, one having two single beds. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom also has a double bed. This floor has a dressing table with a hairdryer in the hall. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in-shower.
Please note that the house is over three floors as it is a standard Victorian property. There are steps on each floor therefore this will be an issue if you have mobility issues.
