The Space:
This stylish 1 bed flat in the heart of Liverpool's Baltic triangle with everything you could want right on it's door step from coffee and clothes shops to pubs, bars and yoga studios. This is the place for you!
LOCATION:
To check our exact location, search Coffee & Fandisha, as weâre just a stones throw from there. Our closest train station is Liverpool central and itâs only 15 minutes walk away.
PARKING:
There is paid parking a 4 minute walk away on Jamaica street car park and is only ÂŁ6 a day and doesn't require booking
THE BEST BIT:
The location is a up there with the best bits about this property, being a 10 minute walk to Liverpool city centre and right in the heart of the Baltic triangle.
BEDROOMS:
You'll find peace and tranquility in our king size luxury bed. We supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience.
BATHROOM:
Our bathroom is fully equipped with shower and toilet We supply shower gel and shampoo.
LIVING ROOM:
Our living room is stylishly designed and fitted with home comforts to help you relax with a sofa and tv with assess to all the channels you've come to expect
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything youâll need to cook. with microwave, toaster and coffee machine
DINING AREA:
Even if youâre not cooking thereâs space to eat your takeaway!
GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, youâll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience weâll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets â please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the Baltic triangle area, our apartment sits right on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the Liverpool city centre while still having access to a whole host of pubs bars and restaurants.
There's an amazing cafe called Ditto coffee a stones throw away from the flat - our favourite in Liverpool ! You've also got a local shop with all the usual essentials.
Getting Around:
Jamaica Street offers excellent transport connections in a central Liverpool location. Liverpool Central, James Street, and Moorfields train stations are all within a 10â15 minute walk, providing access to local and regional rail services. Several bus routes run along nearby streets, offering quick links to the city centre, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, and surrounding areas.
