-DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Apartment Coloma, a relaxing, modern space full of style and comfort. Located in the highly-desirable Ribes Roges neighbourhood of Vilanova i la GeltrĂș, itâs just 100m from the wonderful sandy beaches. This first-floor apartment forms part of a small residential complex which boasts a large swimming pool and grass area surrounded by trees and flowers. There is also free and secure onsite parking.
The apartment has been tastefully renovated to a high standard and is well decorated with a variety of artwork and solid furniture. It offers air conditioning / heating throughout, a strong wifi connection and large windows with beautiful views.
Upon entering, you'll find a welcome station containing a helpful home manual with local guide and personal recommendations.
There is a large open plan living area with a comfortable leather sofa, two armchairs and an elegant dining table which seats up to 6 people. From here, you access the private balcony which overlooks the garden area and is perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the warm Mediterranean air.
The compact kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.
There are two bright double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes, quality beds and mattresses and bedside tables and lamps. The third bedroom is fitted with modern bunk beds, a bedside table, lamp and wardrobe.
The apartment has two tiled bathrooms with beautiful walk-in showers. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.
The Paseo Maritimo with its variety of restaurants, bars and sea views is a short 5-minute walk away. The main Rambla is just a 10-minute walk away and, if you fancy visiting Barcelona or Tarragona, the train station is around 20 minutes away on foot.
There are parks and watersports facilities within easy walking distance where you can enjoy windsurfing, surfing, padel surf and kayaking. You can also hire jet skis and boats at the beautiful marina.
The complex is quiet and tranquil and best suited to families.

A credit card pre-authorization of 500⏠is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 10⏠applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.
In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.
All guests aged 17 and over must pay a tourist tax of 1âŹper person per day, up to a maximum of 7âŹper person.
