Superb 7bed 5bath Townhouse, Hyde Park
My place overlooking Hyde Park and close to Lancaster Gate and Paddington Stations. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, comfortable beds, flatscreen televisions, spacious rooms over four floors and luxury bathrooms (including jacuzzi in the master suite with tv), lovely reception room with an Italian marble fireplace, bright kitchen, Nespresso coffee, cappuccino maker and all amenities. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
The space
A spacious and beautiful home, centrally located, with a superb high-end luxury finish.
Guest access
We are able to meet you for check in at any time.
However there is a fee for check in after 8pm, we are happy to accommodate any special needs or requests you may have. Please just let us know.
Other things to note
Front and patio garden are available for guest use. In addition to access to a private community garden. And a private hot tub!
Located at the heart of one of the most vibrant and exclusive areas of London and adjacent to Hyde Park – this famous area of London currently holds some of the best restaurants, galleries, museums, shopping and boutiques all are there for the taking. Winston Churchill also lived on a house on this site.
The bus stop is up the road and the tube station is less than a 5 minute walk.

Lancaster Gate (330 yards)
Direct link to Heathrow (though Heathrow Express) and all the tourist hot spots of London
PLEASE :
1.Do not leave the stove unattended
2.Do not leave the windows open if you leave the house
3.Do not leave lights unnecessarily on if you leave any room more than 10 minutes
4.Please do not touch anything related to the heating system. It is self-regulating
5.No parties. No extra guests above the agreed 15 guests.
7.Use only the kitchen tap left hand valve in the upstairs kitchen and right hand valve in the kitchen downstairs for cold drinking water. All other taps are connected to a water softener.
8.In case you want to used the bidet valve in any bathroom, make sure you close it after use. A closed valve is tilted horizontally in parallel with the floor.
9.Treat the property as your own and have an enjoyable stay.
Daily cleaner (£ 120 a day) can attend the property if required by prior arrangement with the guest. Dates and times have to be confirmed well before arrival.
