Perfectly located in the heart of Liverpool, Ropewalks Quarters V is just moments away from the city's top shops, bars and restaurants. The Bridewell, an iconic pub converted from a Victorian police station is only a minute's walk away! Newly refurbished to the highest standard, you'll have full use of the apartment which includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Whether staying for business or leisure, Ropewalks Quarters V is the perfect base for you and your group!
The Space:
Ropewalks Quarters V has a stunning open plan living, kitchen and dining area which is perfect for socialising. As you enter the room, you will be welcomed into the lounge. Accentuated with a comfortable sofa that can be converted to a double bed, a large Smart TV and two beautiful statement chairs, the space is beautifully styled.
Towards the rear of the space is the kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped with all you need for a homely stay, you’ll have use of a microwave, kettle, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine! You are also free to use the washer/dryer for your laundry during your stay.
Modern and stylish, the dining area includes a wooden dining table and two matching benches which can sit up to 6 guests.
Ropewalks Quarters V boasts two double bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a beautiful combination of vibrant colours from the yellow divan base and green cushions which are then complemented by elegant bedside lamps. The master bedroom is an ensuite with private access to a WC and shower.
The main bathroom is just opposite the smaller bedroom, showcasing a modern design with a WC, basin and a bathtub with an overhead shower.
You’ll be captivated by the lovely views from your own balcony which boasts a wooden interior from its ceiling down to the walls and floor. The ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee, you can retreat here and take in the city.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage. Please see the garage's dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length.
If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are pay and display carparks nearby.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
Please note that CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for the purposes of guest safety and security.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the neighbourhood known locally as the Ropewalks and is a buzzing area of the city centre awash with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Put simply, this is where most of the action takes place in Liverpool and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy it.
You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.
For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is a minute walk away.
Historic tourist spots such as St. Luke's Bombed Out Church and the 300 year old building, 'The Bluecoat' are in a short walking distance.
Bold Place and Duke Street are just around the corner - best place to find variety of food stalls, shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs!
Mathew street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 8 minutes away. Castle Street is also just about 10 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudys' pizza!

Getting Around:
You won't be needing any taxis or public transport if you intend to stay in the city centre. However, if you do plan to leave the centre, to perhaps visit the football stadiums or parks, we are just a 7 minute walk from the main central bus station.
Taxis and Uber are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
