Our Gran Canal house in Puerto de Alcudia is a 3-bedroom chalet with capacity for 6 people, a comfortable accommodation with modern furniture. With views of the garden and swimming pool, it is strategically located near various attractions and services.
Just 100 metres away are restaurants and bars, perfect for enjoying local gastronomy, with a small supermarket 300 metres away, facilitating shopping and meal preparation in the fully equipped kitchen. The nearest bus stop is about 500 metres away, allowing exploration of the area and travel to any point on the island.
The Puerto de Alcudia beach, just 700 metres away, is ideal for going with children, offering many metres of sand and a calm sea most of the time. The Salbufera Natural Park at 1 km and the Hidropark water park at 2 km are exciting options for outdoor activities and family entertainment.
Cycling enthusiasts will find a paradise, as the area offers spectacular routes and the mythical Sa Calobra mountain pass.
The house has a garden, garden furniture, terrace and a private pool, providing a relaxing environment. Additionally, the presence of air conditioning in all bedrooms and heat pump heating ensures comfort throughout the year.
The fully equipped independent kitchen provides flexibility to prepare your meals. The presence of wifi, washing machine, barbecue, iron and television contribute to a comfortable stay.
