Unfortunately the stay was pretty disappointing for us as a family. I feel that perhaps no real care is being taken of the property. Little things such as the shower didnât work, only the handheld fitting, none of the lamps had lightbulbs in them, the aircon in the living room dripped constantly even when at a higher temperature. The shower in the pool house didnât work, neither did the dishwasher. The pool was murky and hadnât been cleaned properly when we arrived, the pumps were never left on; I imagine for energy cost purposes which meant the bottom was full of leaves, bugs etc. we had to get property management out multiple times to clean it. We went in September which meant the mango orchards around the villa used a lot of the water in the shared tank, so for multiple mornings we would wake up to no running water and have to contact the property managers and await their arrival to fix the issue. The property is also located up a very very steep drive, so not ideal for families with small children as the pool area has no gates from the house to the drive. Overall I think I had to contact property managers about one thing or another every other day for the duration of our 10 day stay. A disappointing stay for the price we paid.
