Bright and tranquil designer apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a work/study room, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with city views from its windows. The modern living room features a SMART TV, and from the window, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the street, one of the most popular in the city center, and even catch a glimpse of the Cathedral tower in the distance. All museums, monuments, and main streets of the city are within walking distance. Fully equipped, it also offers free WIFI and Air conditioning (hot/cold).

It boasts a modern living room, adorned with designer furniture, very bright, with an exterior window overlooking the street. It also features a SMART TV and a room that can be used as a workspace or study area. The kitchen also has a large window with city views and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc., and a large table for six people. There are two bedrooms (both with air conditioning, hot/cold), one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with two bathrooms with showers and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything needed for cooking. The apartment has high-speed WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for our guests' use: Air conditioning (hot/cold) and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. There is also a Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, etc. Guests have exclusive access to free medical assistance during their stay through QuirĂłn Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.
